FR : C'est à Courtelary en Suisse, qu'un jour de 1997, Mario, un musicien, passionné de country music, eu envie de former un groupe. Après en avoir parlé à quelques amis, il en trouva deux qui acceptèrent de le suivre dans l'aventure. C'est ainsi qu'avec ses potes Gérard et René, ils fondèrent le RIMROCK COUNTRY BAND. Petit à petit, de nouveaux musiciens (qui viennent de divers horizons musicaux) ont grossi les rangs de l'équipe, chacun amenant son style propre, qui contribue ainsi aux différents arrangements des morceaux.
Actuellement le groupe compte 6 membres et 1 ingénieur du son, se produit un peu partout en Suisse, France, Espagne, Belgique, Allemagne...
Le style du groupe est varié : tout en restant dans la Country, New Country , Country Rock il est principalement influencé par des groupes et des musiciens tel que Luke Bryan,Jason Aldean,Dwight Yoakam, ZZ Top, Mark Collie, Alan Jackson, Clint Black, Chris stapleton,Travis Tritt, Johnny Cash etc... N'oublions pas le rock’n roll…
Les musiciens amateurs du groupe, qui jouent de leurs instruments depuis leur enfance, sont passionnés de musique, et n’hésitent pas à perfectionner les vieux morceaux traditionnels et à apprendre de nouveaux styles. RIMROCK aime à se démarquer grâce à ses reprises pas forcément identiques aux originaux. La voix de notre chanteur Nelson Pryor un TEXAN (USA) qui dégage toutes sa passion lors des concerts, est particulièrement appréciée par le public.
DE : Musiker Mario, aus dem Schweizer Dorf Courtelary, hatte eines Tages in 1997 die Idee eine Band zu gründen, und zwar eine Country Music Band, seine Leidenschaft und lieblings Musik.
Sein Projekt hat er mit Freunde diskutiert und 2 von ihnen, Gérard und René sind mit ihm in das Abenteuer gestiegen und haben die Rimrock Country Band gegründet.
Mittlerweile besteht die Gruppe aus 6 Musiker und 1 Ton-Ingenieur. Sie spielen Schweizweit, und auch in Frankreich, Spanien, Belgien, Deutschland...
Ihren Musik-Style ist vielfältig, jedoch immer nahe zur Country Music : New Country, Country Rock Rock’n Roll, und ist vor allem beeinflusst von Gruppen und Musiker wie Luke Brian, Jason Aldean, Dwight Yoakam, ZZ Top, Mark Collie, Alan Jackson, Clint Black, Chris Stapleton, Travis Tritt, Johnny Cash, usw.
Die Musiker sind alle Amateure die seit der Kindheit mit viel Freude musizieren. Sie sind immer bereit alte traditionelle Songs aufzufrischen und lernen gerne neue Styles. Rimrock unterscheidet sich vor allem mit unerwartete Songs-Übernahmen, die den Original Songs nicht sehr ähnlich sind.
Nelson Pryor, der Sänger aus Texas (USA) ist mit seiner Country Stimme und seine offensichtliche Musik-Leidenschaft, vom Publikum sehr beliebt.
EN : It was in Courtelary, Switzerland, that one day in 1997, Mario, a musician, passionate about country music, wanted to form a band. The voice of our singer Nelson Pryor a TEXAN (USA) who releases all his passion during concerts, is particularly appreciated.
